Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch said Saturday that the final report on a fatal fire at the P.T. Barnum Housing Complex will be made public once

BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch said Saturday that the final report on a fatal fire at the P.T. Barnum Housing Complex will be made public once certain parts are redacted.

According to Finch, the report is being finalized for the public based on state requirements.

News 12 Connecticut obtained exclusive information Friday about the investigation into the fire that killed Tiana Black and her three children.

Sources confirm toxicology reports show Black's blood alcohol content was .23, which is three times the legal limit. They also say the stove in the apartment was on when the fire started, but it was not the result of a malfunction.
