Norwalk firefighters are trying to determine what started a car fire that spread to a house. It happened at a home on Flax Hill Road

NORWALK - Norwalk firefighters are trying to determine what started a car fire that spread to a house.

It happened at a home on Flax Hill Road just after 2 a.m.

Fire officials say one car caught fire, and the flames spread to the garage and house.

They say the family inside got out safely.
