BRIDGEPORT - Investigators are working to determine the cause of a fire that ravaged a multifamily home in Bridgeport Wednesday afternoon.

Fire officials says about 30 firefighters responded to the fire at around 12 p.m. at 120/118/116 Arctic St.

Deputy Fire Chief Robert Petrucelli told News 12 Connecticut that the fire was tough to fight.

Fire officials say one person had been living in the building, but that the other two apartments were unoccupied.

News 12 is told that no one was injured. There is still no word on whether the building had smoke detectors.
