Fire victims can return home

STAMFORD - Families displaced by a weekend fire in Stamford are now back at home.

The fire damaged the multifamily home on Waverly Place Sunday.

Fire officials say the damage was contained, and the building was safe for the residents to return.

They believe the fire was caused by an electrical issue.
