As southwestern Connecticut enters the second day of an intense heat wave, the city of Milford is offering a few ways to cool down. Milford

MILFORD - As southwestern Connecticut enters the second day of an intense heat wave, the city of Milford is offering a few ways to cool down.

Milford residents looking to cool down today can head to the Foran High School pool. The city's Recreation Department will let residents swim for free at the school today through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In addition to the high school pool, residents can also use multiple cooling station locations around the city.
