NEWTOWN - A public form was held to discuss how to use the millions of donations set aside for helping both the survivors and the victims' families of the Sandy Hook mass shooting.

A fund of $7.7 million has been set aside and some options discussed included giving around $280,000 to the families of the 26 victims. The rest would go to the injured and the children who witnessed the shooting.

A separate community foundation has more than $11 million raised with help from the United Way. Some residents say they're concerned because they want all the funding to go to victims' families rather than be reserved.
