Friends, family remember motorcycle crash victims

Officials say 56-year-old David Mazza and 53-year-old Linda Chizmadia died after the motorcycle the couple was riding somehow collided with a car.

STRATFORD - Friends and family of a Stratford couple killed in a motorcycle accident on I-95 are remembering the two victims.

Officials say 56-year-old David Mazza and 53-year-old Linda Chizmadia died after the motorcycle the couple was riding somehow collided with a car.

Authorities say the crash happened at around 6 p.m. Saturday.

Mazza's obituary describes Chizmadia as "his beloved partner."

Police say the driver of the car that collided with Mazza's motorcycle was not injured.

The victims' families are planning separate funerals for Friday and Saturday.

Officials are still investigating the incident.
