SHELTON - A Shelton woman is trying to raise money to help the family of a local teenager who was shot over the weekend.

Kristjan Ndoj, 15, was shot in the head and leg on Saturday night. A spokesperson for Bridgeport Hospital says Ndoj is in critical condition.

Violet Wills set up a fundraiser on the website GoFundMe for Ndoj. Her goal is to raise $5,000 to help pay for hospital expenses. 

Police have not made an arrest in connection with the shooting.
