Funeral held in Greenwich for hit-and-run victim

GREENWICH - Friends and family gathered in Greenwich today to say farewell to a man who was hit and killed while helping a friend change a tire.

Police say Lucas Silva, 22, of Stamford, was hit and killed by a drunken driver as he was helping a friend change a flat tire on I-95 in Darien Saturday morning.

A wake for Felipe Chagas, who was also killed by the driver, will take place at 2 p.m. tomorrow, with the funeral to follow at 5 p.m. at Christ of the Shepherd Church in Danbury.
