Golfers react to Tiger Woods' apology

DARIEN - Golfers from around southwestern Connecticut are reacting to Tiger Woods statement that he made Friday.

Woods apologized to his family and his fans saying, "I was unfaithful I had affairs I cheated. What I did was unacceptable and I have no one but myself to blame."

He also denied the rumors that he and wife were involved in a physical confrontation that led to his Thanksgiving car crash.

In Connecticut, many golfers say Woods should have apologized earlier. They say the damage has already been done to his reputation and they don't think it can be fully repaired.
