HARTFORD - More than 3,000 people braved the cold tonight to help Gov. Dan Malloy celebrate his inauguration.

The ball was held at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. Guests paid $175 a plate.

Gov. Malloy also took part in the inaugural parade down Capitol Avenue earlier today.
