HARTFORD - Gov. Dannel Malloy says he's talked to Metro-North about a plan to get the new M8 train cars on track as fast as possible.
The governor met with Metro-North's president and the CEO of the MTA yesterday in Hartford.
The New Haven line is on a reduced schedule because of all the repairs needed on the older cars.
Malloy said after the meeting that the train troubles are the result of an administration dragging its feet for years.
