CONNECTICUT - Gov. Dannel Malloy gave more details today on proposals that he outlined in his State of the State address.

Malloy expressed the need for major education reform through increasing spending by $128 million.

The governor also talked about reworking the teacher tenure process, which he says may not be popular among his Democratic colleagues.
