GREENWICH - A Greenwich man is facing charges after Stamford police say he refused to pull over for them.

Ezequiel Garcia-Rivera, 45, was arrested early yesterday morning after what police called a low-speed chase.

Officers say Garcia-Rivera was caught at a supermarket parking lot where he told police he didn't realize they were behind him.

He has been charged with driving under the influence and running from police.
