GREENWICH - Greenwich officials met today to discuss revamped surveillance measures after an envelope filled with white powder was found inside Town Hall last week. Town officials say the substance, discovered on the building's first floor, was not hazardous. They recommended that more security cameras be installed to prevent future incidents. However, some town employees say they are unsure extra cameras will make a difference. Investigators say they don?t know how long it will take to identify the substance. Anyone with information is urged to call Greenwich police at 203-622-8000. Part of Greenwich Town Hall closed after powder scare
