GREENWICH - Some Greenwich residents are calling for additional stop signs at what they say is a dangerous intersection.

They say cars drive too fast at the spot where Sound Beach Avenue meets Lockwood Road and Center Drive.

The town says installing additional stop signs will cause traffic jams and that it has already installed speed checkers at the bottom of Sound Beach Avenue. Residents say they are in a bad spot because cars tend to already slow down at that location to make turns.
