GREENWICH - Hundreds of residents are expected at Greenwich High School tomorrow evening to speak out against the resignation of the district's school superintendent.

Last week, Dr. Sydney Freund announced his resignation after working for the district for two years.

In an op-ed newspaper piece, Freund blamed the disruptive actions of two Board of Education members as the reason for his departure.

Parents, however, say they plan to do everything they can to keep Freund in Greenwich. Facebook pages have been made, letters have been mailed and phone calls have been made to the Board of Education demanding Freund stay with the district.

Tomorrow's meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at Greenwich High School.
