GREENWICH - Some students in Greenwich kicked off the new school year with a bit of fun.

Today, the North Street School PTA hosted its annual back-to-school picnic.

The picnic included activities from soccer to a bouncey castle, to their own melt truck, where they could make their own grilled cheeses.

The PTA says it's a great way for families to come back and reconnect with each other after a long summer.
