BRIDGEPORT - Three groping incidents near Harding High School have been reported.

School officials sent home letters Thursday informing parents of the incidents.

Police say a passerby reported seeing a man trying to pull a girl into a cemetery near the school on Tuesday. They say the girl got away.

While police were investigating that incident, a Harding High School student reported that a similar incident happened to her that same morning.

Last week, another girl was walking to the school when a man groped her near the Luis Munoz Marin School.

Police say all three incidents may be connected. They're encouraging students to walk in groups, use main roads and to be aware of their surroundings.
