BRIDGEPORT - A Bridgeport group is trying to help local teens play baseball in Chicago this summer.

Bridgeport American Legion Baseball is fundraising to send 30 teens to the Metropolitan Junior World Series the week of July 17.

The group is trying to raise $20,000.

Organizers say the money will pay for travel and hotels.
