Harry Rilling unseats Dick Moccia as mayor in Norwalk

NORWALK - Harry Rilling will be the next mayor of Norwalk.

The city's former police chief unseated Republican Dick Moccia.

Moccia had been the mayor for the last eight years.

Norwalk has only had a Democrat as mayor for four of the previous 26 years.
