BRIDGEPORT - The rainy weather caused problems at the Fayerweather Yacht Club in Bridgeport yesterday.

A total of 15 boats crashed onto rocks or are now on land.

The yacht club says the high tide and swell in the harbor created a break, causing other boats to come loose.

Half of the boats have been recovered, and owners say damage estimates range for a few thousand to a few hundred thousand dollars.
