NEW HAVEN - A hearing is taking place today to determine if the trial for one of the suspects in the Cheshire home invasion triple murder should be moved to Fairfield County.

Lawyers for Joshua Komisarjevsky say he can't get a fair trial in New Haven County because he'd been "demonized" during the trial of co-defendant, Steven Hayes.

Hayes has already been convicted of killing Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters in 2007.
