MIDDLETOWN - Federal investigators will travel to Connecticut tomorrow for a hearing looking into the cause of the Kleen Energy Systems plant explosion which killed six workers on February 7.

Members of a congressional subcommittee and a federal safety board will hear testimony from first responders, regulators, experts and the widow of one of the men who was killed.

Police are still investigating whether anyone is criminally liable for the explosion.
