Prosecutor Suzanne Vieux's motion to extend the sealingis scheduled to go before a judge in Norwalk Superior CourtThursday morning. She is also asking that the courtroom be closedto the public. CBS News producer Robert J. "Joe" Halderman has pleaded notguilty to trying to extort $2 million from the late-night TV hostin return for keeping some of the comedian's sexual affairs quiet.
