FAIRFIELD - Fairfield police say three people are facing charges in connection with nearly a dozen car burglaries.

Police say they stopped a car carrying Hector Morales, Luis Gonzalez and a 15-year-old on Black Rock Turnpike Monday morning.

Officers say a computer check showed the license plate did not match the vehicle.

They say the men later admitted to breaking into 10 cars in the Dawn Street area.
