High Ridge Road in Stamford has reopened after a crash this morning. Police say a driver hit a utility pole and it snapped.

Police say the accident happened just after 7 a.m. north of the Merritt Parkway.

Police say a driver hit a utility pole and it snapped.

The accident happened just after 7 a.m. north of the Merritt.

Traffic was stopped in both directions between Cedarwood Road and Sky Meadow Drive.
