NORWALK - A choir made up of people from a Norwalk homeless shelter took to the stage tonight at a talent competition.

Voices of Hope II is made up of people from the Norwalk Open Door Homeless Shelter.

The members of the group say they are happy to have something positive in their lives after many have taken a tough road that left them homeless.

A total of 85 acts auditioned for the show. While the group did not make the cut to compete for the prize, they were invited to perform.
