EAST NORWALK - A man delayed a Metro-North train yesterday in East Norwalk after he climbed on top of the train and refused to come down.

Metro-North officials say the incident ended with officers arresting 25-year-old Hoony Kwak, of Westport.

They say he climbed on top of the train after a conductor asked him to get off because he was riding in between train cars.

Officers say he was carrying a foreign passport and credit cards that did not belong to him.
