Police say a woman was driving a red Saturn sedan eastbound on Cove Road when a car driven by Horlan Aguilar, 22, ran a stop sign on Frederick Street and hit her. (January 13, 2014 5:52 PM)

Stamford police have made an arrest in a hit-and-run crash that left one person with injuries.

The crash occurred at around 9:30 p.m. Sunday on Cove Road.
