Hunt on for Bridgeport bank robber

Bridgeport police say they're searching for the man who robbed a Bank of America branch at gunpoint on Boston Avenue.The man can be seen holding

BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police say they're searching for the man who robbed a Bank of America branch at gunpoint on Boston Avenue.

The man can be seen holding a gun in surveillance photos.

Police say he got away with cash and no one was hurt.

They say a bank teller attached two GPS devices to the money, which officers found a short distance from the scene.

Anyone with information about the bank robbery is asked to call police at 203-576-7671.
