NORWALK - Several coastal businesses in Norwalk say they may not completely recover from the revenue lost after Hurricane Irene swept through the area.

Seasonal restaurants, including Overton's and Sunset Grille, found themselves in about 2 feet of floodwaters. Owners say they had to shut down for cleanup and that the money lost hurt more than the storm damage.

The business owners are now eligible to apply for disaster aid through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
