Jeffrey Rowell arrested in Stamford attack

STAMFORD - Stamford police say a man is facing several charges in a brutal attack.

Officers arrested Jeffrey Rowell on Tuesday.

Police say Rowell and another man held the victim down last month and beat him with a pipe.

Officers say the men thought the victim owed them money.

Officers say they previously arrested John Mock on the same charges.
