NORWALK - A Monroe man is facing charges this evening after police say he assaulted a 16-year-old girl who worked for him.

Police say Jeffrey Susa turned himself in yesterday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Officials say the alleged sexual assault took place on Susa's boat in August after he gave the teenager alcohol. He has been released on $100,000 bond.
