STRATFORD - Many Stratford residents are upset over a man who is flying a Nazi flag outside his house.

Joseph Sincavage says the flag is meant as a protest against the Obama administration.

Neighbors tell us the flag went up yesterday and they say it's disturbing because of what it represents.

State Attorney General George Jepsen says that while offensive, Sincavage can fly the flag because of free speech.

Stratford's town attorney also says there is no law to force Sincavage to take it down.
