Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel granted permission to leave state, visit family

GREENWICH - Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel has been granted permission to see his son in New York and other relatives in Oregon.

He was released from prison on bond last month on the condition that he seek approval before leaving the state.

Skakel's accused of killing his neighbor, Martha Moxley, in Greenwich back in 1975.

He is currently waiting on a new trial.
