Kerry Malloy , nephew of Gov. Dannel Malloy, due in court on trespassing charge

STAMFORD - Gov. Dannel Malloy's nephew is due in court today on trespassing charges.

Police say Kerry Malloy, 28, and his girlfriend were arrested last month at a Jewish all-boys school in Stamford.

Police say they had been escorted out earlier in the day.

When Malloy was asked to leave, police say he claimed he had a constitutional right to observe and inquire about Judaism.
