STAMFORD - A second suspect was arraigned today on charges he stabbed two men last month in Stamford.
Kevin McCoy is accused of stabbing one victim eight times, before stabbing another bystander at Bradford's on Bedford Street. Officials say the knife McCoy allegedly used was lodged in the victim's head and had to be removed surgically.
Police are still searching for Steven "Seagull" Barnes, who is believed to be very dangerous and has an extensive criminal background.
