NORWALK - A Stamford man was arrested this morning in connection with a crash that killed a man back in December.

Troopers say Kevin Rojas, 26, allegedly lost control of his car on I-95 north, rolled over and flew off the highway, where he crashed into a tractor-trailer parked at the Fairfield rest stop.

Authorities say the truck driver, who was asleep in the truck's cab, died.
