FAIRFIELD - Police say they caught four kids trying to break into Fairfield Warde High School to play badminton on Friday by using a technique they saw on the show ?Mythbusters.?

Police say the three teens and a 12-year-old tried to copy a stunt they saw on the show where a plain bed sheet was used to fool a security alarm.

Police say the kids? attempt to trick the alarm didn't work, and they found the four walking down the hallway wearing sheets and carrying racquets.

The principal says kids will do kid things and believe their intentions were innocent.
