GREENWICH - An attorney for the man accused of murdering Greenwich real estate developer Andrew Kissel is asking a judge to bar some evidence from his trial.
The attorney says Carlos Trujillo's marriage, drug habits and whereabouts right after the killing should be off limits.
Trujillo is charged with murdering his boss Andrew Kissel at Kissel's mansion in 2006.
Trujillo was Kissel's chauffer and is believed to have been the last person to see Kissel alive.
