Local Libyans hail Gadhafi's death

BRIDGEPORT - Celebrations erupted in Tripoli Square as Libyans learned of Moammar Gadhafi's death.

Revolutionary fighters took over his hometown yesterday where the 69-year-old reportedly was hiding out with loyalists.

Graphic shaky amateur video showed his capture first alive, then dead.

President Obama sent a message to the people of Libya saying they had won their revolution.

Libyan students in our area tell us citizens over there finally have their freedom.
