HARTFORD - Lieutenant governor and gubernatorial candidate Michael Fedele, of Stamford, has won a court decision that allows him to spend more than $2 million in public funding in the upcoming race.

The state Supreme Court ruled against fellow candidate and Greenwich businessman Tom Foley, who claims Fedele doesn't qualify for the funding.

Foley, Fedele and business advocate Oz Greibel will face off in the Republican primary Aug. 10.
