NORWALK - The lull between snowstorms offered a chance to dig out – if only for an afternoon.

People shoveled sidewalks and cleaned off their cars, while plows went through the streets. Some took advantage of the weather and started snowball fights.

Overnight accumulations of snow are expected to add 2 to 4 inches.
