M8 rail cars delayed again

NEW HAVEN - The long anticipated M8 rail cars have been delayed once again.

The state announced yesterday that some of the yet to debut cars are malfunctioning.

The cars had been expected to be rolled on on Metro-North later this month.

The state says it must fix the cars before rolling them out to passengers.
