Machete-wielding crooks rob pizza man

NORWALK - Norwalk police are searching for two suspects wanted for a string of pizza delivery robberies.

Authorities say the latest incident happened Wednesday night on Ohio Avenue at about 10:30 p.m. when an East Avenue Pizza delivery man got out of his car to deliver a pizza and was threatened with a machete after being lured to the back of the house.

The assailants took off with cash, a GPS device and the pizza pie.

Police say in the past four to six weeks there have been several similar incidents in the area targeting drivers from Speedy Pizza and Bang Bang Pizza.
