BRIDGEPORT - A maintenance worker allegedly caught on video breaking into a tenant's apartment was arraigned today.Jose Cotto, 33, was in court to face charges of burglary, larceny and criminal trespass.Maria Guzman, a single mother of two children, says she was tired of having things taken from her apartment and set up a $12 hidden camera behind a plant.Authorities say Guzman's plan worked and that video shows Cotto using a pass key to enter her apartment without permission.Cotto remains free on $5,000 bond.
