BRIDGEPORT - A man accused of shooting and killing a construction worker in Bridgeport is due in court today. 

Police say Gregory Weathers shot Jose Araujo back in March 2015. 

He has pleaded not guilty to several charges, including murder and stealing a firearm. 

Weathers reportedly told police after the shooting that he was "settling a labor dispute" with the victim. But, investigators say Weathers asked Araujo for a job but did not know him before then.
