STAMFORD - Stamford police say a man bit off his cousin's ear lobe and swallowed it during a fight over loud music.

Officers say the cousin asked Emilio Mendoza yesterday to turn down his loud music because he had to work in the morning.  

That is when Mendoza allegedly attacked.

Mendoza has been charged with first-degree assault.
