STAMFORD - Stamford police say they busted an alleged heroin dealer for selling drugs out of his apartment in a senior housing complex.

Donald Pirro, 57, was arrested Thursday. Detectives say they found more than $6,000 in cash, 71 $20 bags of heroin and a small amount of marijuana when they searched his apartment at Stamford Manor.

They say Pirro was under investigation for a number of weeks.
